We have the chance to live the life of four women in the Production House Ltd. Finland produced Naisia kaupungilla, a brand new tv-series consisting of four episodes. The script by Venla Mäkelä is filled with compelling and tender humour mixed with desperate tragedy, small everyday subjects and big emotions.
Ville Salminen of Obscure Entertainment was hired to photograph both promotional and production photos for the series, which was shot in the spring of 2009 and premieres on YLE TV1 on 18th of January 2010. All the photos have been taken with the Canon 5d MkII camera, with Canon 24-105mm f4 EF and Canon 15mm Fisheye lenses.
The series was directed by Veikko Aaltonen and produced by Liisa Akimof of Production House Ltd. Finland.
